A line having speed of around 3600 CPH. SR2500 is a semi automatic bench top printer followed by a Quadra pick and place which is a stand alone mechanical centering machine. Quadra places 3600 components per hour with accuracy of 0.1 mm on XY axes and 0.90 degrees on theta axis. TWS 1100 is a light weight (70 Kg) 5 Zone, oven combination of infrared and forced air convection oven.

This option has Quadra LASER pick and place machine is used. The advantage of using LASER component recognition is better accuracy, 0.1mm on XY axes and 0.18 on theta axis. Printer SR2500 is same as used in option 1 and Oven TWS1200 is used which has a capacity of handling bigger boards.
